It is hard to find GREAT customer service now. You are by far the BEST I have seen since the 1960's when everyone had a reliable mechanic. I thought those days were gone, along came Mike's Mechanic and saved the day. I have not had the pleasure to work with you since both times I have come in on a Saturday and waited for my car. Whoever is at the front desk, she is WONDERFUL. She is so sweet and her hospitality makes me feel like I'm at home. I have the utmost respect that this is a family owned business. So far, the whole team has been nothing more than EXCEPTIONAL! If it wasn't for the Cain's (Nancy and Tom) recommendation I would have never known about you. I would like to say thank you to Mike and the entire crew at Mike the Mechanic's, My Husband and I own several vehicle's and over the years I have found that there are not too many Mechanic's that you could trust. My first experience with Mike and his crew was when my son and his wife had come over to our house for a visit when there van started to act up. It was late on a Friday afternoon and my husband had told me about Mike and his team and how respected they were in the community. So I gave Mike a call and he said come on over and bring the van. Well I want you all to know not only did he fix the Van but had also showed us a problem with the breaks. Mike was not aware that the breaks had just been worked on a week prior to us having to come to his shop. Mike showed us how bad the breaks were and how one of them were broken in half and was put on wrong.
I want you to know I was not happy with the "So called company" which I will not mention any names that had done the original break work... This sold me on Mike that was 3 years ago and I have never taken my vehicles to any one else but Mike and his team. Integrity is what comes to my mind when I think of Mike and his team! If Mike states it than take it to the bank he and his team are Honest,Reliable,and very Professional they take pride in there work and they treat their customers as if they were apart of there family.

I took my Sebring to another mechanic who told me I needed an entire new transmission, with a grand total of $2,200. When I brought my vehicle to Mike and the guys, I asked them to double-check the original diagnosis and let me know the extent of the damage. As usual, Charles did it with a smile and professionalism. When they got back to me, the result was $670 and the honest truth. The other mechanic was trying to get extra money for doing nothing. Mike and the guys are honest, loyal, and very efficient....a tough combination to beat. Thank-you !
